Hilary is a Fare City advisor. An architect and urban designer, Hilary’s built environment expertise has led her to become a Mayor’s Design Advocate and a Trustee of Design South East. A founding director of multi-disciplinary practice Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design, Hilary has a track record of working positively within the planning system to deliver award-winning projects responsive to the needs of local communities. Hilary employs her creative thinking and problem-solving skills to advise the Fare City team on strategic direction and implementation.
