Charles is a Fare City associate. He is a climate change risk management specialist, and currently manages a fleet of electric vehicles and the charging infrastructure for a large south east England council. Charles regularly advises Fare City’s directors on climate and environmental related matters. Charles’ work, both in the UK and abroad, has confirmed his belief in the necessity to develop the low carbon economy, the benefits of which he is a passionate advocate for.
